Our original foundation breeding program was pure southern blood including AEV Regional, *Piloto, *HNS Domingo, HNS Aureo. Recently, we have added the best of the northern lines including Carnoval Limentio and *AV Sol de Paijan with the best mares of the past including Palangana Cayalti and Cynthia, an outstanding daughter of Mantequilla. We are proud to say that our stallion, El Bello Enrique was a National Champion and Champion of Champions.

For almost 18 years Rancho Rio Alegre has been following the steps of the great Peruvian Paso horse breeders, the great legends of the past & present to the point that at this very moment we have the genetic pool of their great sires in such a way that our stallions & brood mares have the potential to be extremely prepotent to almost guarantee the final dream result of every breeder including gait, beauty, and genetic concentrations. To back this up we have a very highly concentrated blood of the following great stallions of the past : Sol de Paijan, Piloto, Regional, Liminito, Carnaval, Solidario, and Mantequilla.
